This torma is used in the practice of Rigdzin Düpa (the Gathering of Vidyādharas) which is the inner guru practice, and the first sadhana, of the Longchen Nyingtik (the Heart Essence of the Vast Expanse) terma cycle. This treasure teaching was revealed by the great terton Jigmé Lingpa.

The torma stands approximately 14 inches (36 cm) high and is 5 inches (13 cm) across the base The crown ornament is detachable for easy packaging and transport.
